First North Lakes Preservation Group community meeting

We had a great turnout of nearly 100 neighbors and friends of North Lakes Neighborhood concerned about the proposed development project.

The driveway was filled on this hot June evening.

Five passionate speakers discussed environmental, traffic safety, and other neighborhood concerns.

Members of the community took the opportunity to voice their concerns to city council members and each other.

5 Denton City Council members attended and spoke at the event: Brandon Chase McGee, Brian Beck, Joe Holland, Jim Meltzer, and Jill Jester.
