Next Developer Meeting

Kirkman Engineering scheduled a meeting for October 17th (6-8 PM, Holiday Inn 4485 N Interstate 35, Denton) about the Specific Use Permit they are requesting to build a dense multi-family apartment complex adjacent to the North Lakes neighborhood and North Lakes Park.

You may or may not receive official notification, so please spread the word and plan to attend (if possible) so that we may once again clarify our concerns about Proposal S22-0010 and explain to the developer why their current proposal is not a good fit for this community or the environmentally sensitive areas contained within it.
