Postcards for the 500-Footers
If you live within 500 feet of the proposed development, you should have received two postcards from the City of Denton announcing the upcoming Planning and Zoning meeting on August 28th at 6:30 PM to vote on:
A specific use permit for the proposed project, The Reserve (project S22-0010)
An Alternative Environmentally Sensitive Area plan (AESA23-0002) that will encroach upon the riparian buffer surrounding Pecan Creek, the flood plain, and the North Lakes neighborhood
We plan to oppose BOTH of these proposals.
