Status of S22-0010: CLOSED
Dear Friends and Neighbors,
As of January 7, 2025, Proposal S22-0010 has been officially closed.
Angie Manglaris of Denton Planning and Zoning confirmed that the developers did not express interest to continue the specific use permit that would be needed for the development.
If the applicant wanted to pursue a project in the future, this would require them to create a new proposal and essentially start over. A new case would have to be created, including all fees and assessments.
Any new proposal to the site would go through this process.
Planning and Zoning contacted the developers asking them to remove all signage from the property as soon as possible.
